Bridges Workforce Solutions is a 501(c)(3) workforce development program dedicated to providing training and development through real-world work experience to young adults ages 18-26 who are ready to earn and learn. We are also dedicated to connecting our participants to job opportunities that can compliment their desired career pathways. Participants in our program will have access to opportunities such as:
- Real-world work experiences through work-based learning, internships, and apprenticeships.
- Direct placement to job opportunities.
- A community of support from experienced career counselors, advisors, and employment specialists.
- Work readiness and life skills that will help you to achieve your career goals.
- Development and training to improve employability skills and marketability to the competitive job market.
- Apprenticeship programming is registered through the US Department of Labor.
